How I provide support

I support clients towards trauma recovery, addressing dissociation, anxiety, changing personality traits, or mental health professional wellness.

As a therapist, I believe in fostering relational depth while practicing mindfulness techniques. By integrating mindfulness techniques with person-centered and psychodynamic therapy, clients can experience a supportive environment to explore their past, innermost thoughts and emotions. Through this process, clients can develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, leading to authenticity, growth and empowerment.

I offer professional counseling services and supervision both online and in-person at our conveniently located office in Allen, TX and online for those in Texas and Wisconsin.
