How I provide support

I provide support for individuals dealing with complex trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, adolescent development, LGBTQ+ issues, and ADHD diagnosis and therapy. 

I am dedicated to offering you a secure and calming environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. I aim to establish a balance between accepting your current situation and making changes to grow. Ultimately, I want to assist you in managing stress and undoing the patterns that have been created by past experiences.
