Cancellation Policy
Our policy permits you to arrange a consultation with one of our care coordinators to ensure our program is the right fit for you. If you qualify, you'll be invited to join our exclusive small RPG support group and scheduled for a $35, 15-minute introductory consultation with the group's lead therapist. This consultation will assess your needs and clarify the commitment involved. Our groups typically run for 12-week periods, with occasional breaks for holidays, major events, or seasonal shifts. While regular attendance is crucial, we understand that exceptions may occur. We offer package deals to reduce costs and provide the resources necessary to sustain the group. These packages require the purchase of multiple sessions at once, such as buying five sessions for the price of four, to be used over time.
