What You’ll Do:

​

  • Provide trauma-informed care to clients facing PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more.

  • Maintain a caseload of at least 22 clients per week with the option for more.

  • Integrate evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy within a trauma-informed client-centered model.

  • Participate in professional development to stay inspired and engaged in your work.

What We’re Looking For:

​

  • Fully Licensed: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (candidates within 2 months of licensure are welcome).

  • LPC Associates or LMSW must be supervised in-house. 

  • Trauma-Informed Care: Proven ability to build strong, trusting client-therapist relationships.

  • Independent: Ability to manage assessments, treatment planning, and documentation with autonomy.

  • Collaborative: A team player who values support and professional development.

  • Preferred: Private practice experience and/or Headway.co credentialing.

  • Specialized Expertise: Experience in complex trauma, child/adolescent therapy, play therapy, or working with athletes and clients with medical conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22 – 27 per week
