Neighbors Counseling is seeking to add more amazing clinicians to our staff! We are looking for those passionate and competent in their understanding of trauma and mood disorders. Our goal, for our therapists, is to offer support for you to flourish as a helper in your own unique way. We offer tools and support for you to care for clients and grow your career. Therapists are encouraged to pursue their own unique style of therapy practice with the support of a team and successful practice structure.

Currently hiring for:

LPC, LCSW, or LMFT for Allen office expansion in November 2024. No LPC-Associate, LMSW, or LMFT-Associate roles currently open.

Joining our team at Neighbors Counseling provides:
​​

Therapists will be independent contracted providers and will receive 70% of fee split for fully licensed therapists and 60% for Associate therapists.

On average fully licensed therapists work 32 hours per week, see a minimum of 22 clients per week and make $80k+ per year.

On average Associate licensed therapists work 18 hours per week, see 14 clients per week and make 35k per year.

Ability to set days of work and manage schedule independently with active clients.

Marketing and business development support from our executive staff.

Easy insurance credentialing with exclusive Headway group practice rates.

Some insurance billing for LPC-Associates under supervision of Quinton Neighbors LPC-S.

EHR and clinical software provided.

Dedicated administrative staff for intake and advanced billing support.

A team approach with clinical collaboration and support.

Platform to monetize other skill sets or to start and lead a psychotherapy group.

Experience & Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

Must accept and be credentialed with insurance companies.
-
LPC-Associates must have some form of prior individual psychotherapy experience.

Be trauma-informed and able to apply experiential or contemporary therapies.

Must have active clients to show experience in the private sector.

Independently able to determine a provisional diagnosis and initial treatment plan.

Complete all required clinical documentation and initial billing to support services provided.

If necessary, provide crisis intervention to clients to ensure risk levels are properly managed.

Maintain independent scheduling of all active clients to ensure clinical needs are being met.

Show willingness for community engagement and therapeutic marketing.
